BookMyRaagi operates a digital platform connecting individuals and organisations with verified Sikh religious professionals — including Raagis, Granthis, and Kirtaniye — for ceremonial and religious engagements. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and BookMyRaagi. By accessing or using our platform, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

• "Platform"— the BookMyRaagi website, mobile applications, and admin portal
• "User"— any individual or organisation using the platform to book services
• "Professional / Candidate"— verified Raagis, Granthis, and other religious professionals listed on the platform
• "Booking"— a confirmed service arrangement between a User and a Professional

• Provide accurate, truthful information when registering and throughout platform use.
• Use the platform for legitimate religious service bookings only.
• Respect Professionals' time and honour all confirmed bookings.
• Make advance payments as required to secure and confirm a booking.
• Not share account credentials with any third party.
• Report any concerns, disputes, or misconduct to our support team promptly.

• Submit truthful profile information and provide valid KYC documents for verification.
• Honour all confirmed bookings and arrive punctually at the agreed location.
• Maintain professional conduct and uphold Sikh values during all engagements.
• Notify the platform of any unavailability or schedule conflicts promptly.
• Not solicit or transact with users outside the platform to bypass fees or policies.

• All bookings require an advance payment (minimum 30%) to be confirmed.
• Bookings are subject to the Professional's confirmed availability.
• Booking confirmation is sent within 24 hours of the booking request.
• Modifications to a confirmed booking must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
• Same-day bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
• Unconfirmed bookings (no advance paid) are not guaranteed and may be released.

• All payments are processed securely via integrated payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
• The advance amount may be non-refundable if cancelled within 3 days — see our Cancellation Policy.
• Full payment is due before or on the event date as agreed at booking.
• Payment disputes must be raised within 48 hours of the event via the app or email.
• BookMyRaagi does not store card or banking credentials on its servers.

• Cashback and reward credits are credited to your BookMyRaagi Wallet.
• Wallet balance cannot be transferred directly to external bank accounts.
• Wallet credits expire after 12 months of inactivity on the account.
• Wallet credits can be applied to any future booking on the platform.
• BookMyRaagi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the rewards programme at any time.

BookMyRaagi acts as a marketplace facilitating connections between Users and Professionals. We are not liable for the individual conduct, quality of service, or actions of any Professional listed on the platform. Service quality disputes between Users and Professionals are handled through our mediation process. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific Professional for any given date.

All content, design elements, logos, trademarks, and platform functionality are owned by or licensed to BookMyRaagi. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission from BookMyRaagi.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Punjab, India.
