Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be initiated through the BookMyRaagi app or website. Follow these steps:

1. 1Open the BookMyRaagi app or visit the website.
2. 2Navigate to My Bookings.
3. 3Select the booking you wish to cancel.
4. 4Tap Cancel Booking and confirm your decision.

If you cancel more than 10 days before your scheduled event, you are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method (card, UPI, net banking). The refund is initiated within 24 hours of cancellation approval and typically appears within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations made between 3 and 10 days before the event will receive the full booking amount as BookMyRaagi Wallet credits. These credits are added instantly and can be used towards any future booking on the platform. Wallet credits are valid for 12 months from the date they are credited.

Cancellations made within 3 days of the event are non-refundable. This policy exists to protect Professionals who have blocked their schedules, declined other engagements, and may have made travel or preparation arrangements.

Emergency situations — such as serious illness or bereavement — will be reviewed by our support team on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with the subject line “Emergency Cancellation”. Our team reviews emergency requests within 12 hours.

If a Professional cancels a confirmed booking, you will receive a 100% refund to your original payment method, regardless of when the cancellation occurs. We will also proactively assist you in finding a suitable alternative Professional for your event date. BookMyRaagi takes Professional cancellations seriously and such incidents are tracked in the Professional's account history.

Changing your event date, time, or venue is not treated as a cancellation, provided the modification request is made at least 48 hours before the original event time. Modification requests within 48 hours of the event may be treated as a cancellation and are subject to the non-refundable period policy.
