Delete Your Account
This page explains how users of the Book My Raagi mobile app can request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data.
Recommended method
Delete your account in the app
- Open the Book My Raagi app and sign in.
- Open Profile, then go to Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Complete the OTP verification and confirm permanent deletion.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from your registered email address. Include your registered phone number and use the subject Account Deletion Request. We may contact you to verify that you own the account before processing the request.

Data deleted from active systems
Your profile, contact details, saved location, active authentication sessions, notification tokens, and other personal account data are removed from our active systems within 30 days after a verified deletion request.
Limited information we may retain
Anonymized booking records that no longer identify you may be retained for service reporting. Records required for fraud prevention, accounting, tax, payment disputes, or other legal obligations may be retained only for the period required by law.
Encrypted backups
Encrypted disaster-recovery backups may contain deleted data for up to 90 days. These backups are not used for normal operations and are removed through the regular backup-retention cycle.
